These terms cover this website (thewaitingtrade.com), the videos on The Waiting Trade YouTube channel, and The Waiting Trade Publisher, our internal publishing tool. By using any of them you agree to these terms.
1. Education only, not advice
Our videos tell the story of trades that have already closed. They are for education and entertainment. Nothing on this site or on the channel is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing is a recommendation or a signal to buy or sell any instrument. Past results do not predict future results.
Narration is an AI voice reading the desk's own trade notes. Charts are drawn from 1-minute XAU/USD price data and may differ slightly from the prices your own broker showed.
2. Risk
Trading gold, currencies and other leveraged products carries a high risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than you expect. Any trading decision you make is yours alone.
3. YouTube
Our videos are hosted on YouTube, and The Waiting Trade Publisher uses YouTube API Services. By using The Waiting Trade Publisher, or any YouTube feature on or linked from this site, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
The Waiting Trade Publisher is used only by our own team, for our own channel. How it handles data is described in section 4 of our Privacy Policy.
4. Our content
Our videos, scripts, charts and artwork, the name The Waiting Trade and our mark belong to us. You are welcome to share links to our videos and this site. Please do not re-upload, copy or sell our videos or artwork without written permission.
5. No warranty
This site and our videos are provided "as is". We work to keep them accurate but do not guarantee that they are complete, correct, current or always available.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage, including trading losses, that comes from using or relying on this site, our videos or anything linked from them.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the site or channel after a change means you accept it.
